We can't wait to meet you!
What to expect Sunday morning...

No matter who you are or where you come from, we hope you will feel welcome and accepted by our church family.

Dress comfortably - you will mostly see jeans and a nice shirt - you may see a dress or a suit or two, and you may see someone dressed down.  It's more important to us that you're here than what you are wearing.

We usually have coffee out around 9:30, and the service begins at 10:00.  A typical service looks like this:

  • We will sing some worship songs (just listen if you're not comfortable yet!)
  • We will pray for another country, or a local church or ministry.
  • We will take an offering (Please don't feel obligated to give!  We view giving as an act of worship, but there is no expectation for you to give - especially as a visitor!)
  • There will be a message about the Bible (usually about 30-40 minutes)
  • After the service, we would love to have you hang out and meet some people!

If you have any questions about what or why we do what we do, we'd love to talk more!

Questions & Answers

Here are some answers to common questions.

We have a small parking lot next to the parsonage with designated visitor parking.  There is also street parking surrounding the church.

Dress comfortably.  You may see a suit or two and some dresses - you will see a lot of jeans - or even shorts and a t-shirt.

We typically start around 10:00 with an opening worship song.

Then we have a short time of announcements and take the offering.

We typically sing 3 more worship songs.

Someone will lead our prayer time - and then dismiss kids to children’s church.

Then we hear a sermon - and often close with a last song and prayer.

We share the Lord’s Supper on the first Sunday of each month.

Your children are welcome to stay in the service with you if you are more comfortable - please don’t worry if they make noise!   Otherwise, after our prayer time (before the sermon), our children (including toddlers and infants) are dismissed for children’s church.

We are very down-to-earth and loving.  You can be yourself here, you don’t have to pretend to be something you’re not.  If you are struggling, we will walk with you through it.  If you are celebrating, we will celebrate with you.  If you need prayer, we will pray with you.  We might not be able to fix your problems, but you won’t go through it alone.
